Single-use Plastic

While recycling is not a solution to the plastic crisis, reuse is an essential tool in the fight against plastic pollution. It is a solution to reduce plastic production, to cut down waste, and to achieve climate targets. The introduction of comprehensive reuse systems presents a vital opportunity to move away from the linear pathways of production and waste of single-use packaging materials, and their negative effects on our climate, environment, biodiversity, and health.
